The upstairs Laundry Room here at our Bathwick Hill project, positioned beneath the sloping roofline, making luxurious use of attic space.  Hand painted Shaker inspired cupboards with Carrara marble worksurfaces, perfect for sorting and folding fresh linen.  The deep ceramic sink is perfect for soaking and handwashing delicates, centered and perfectly framed by the original windows, elegantly complimenting the architecture of the space. Plenty of English sycamore slatted shelves provide the perfect place for airing folded linens and towels, allowing air to circulate with just a suggestion of sycamore to scent the air. Essential laundry appliances are positioned at a comfortable height for loading with a convenient pull out airing rack below and slider-shelf for the laundry basket.  The drying rack makes clever use of the available ceiling space, with a pully-rope for lowering and raising.  Bringing a sense of luxury to an everyday chore, in a tucked-away space.
