An Oak bread cupboard with ogee-arched fielded panel doors. Copied from an original antique found in North Wales of the period 1760-1800. Nearly every farmhouse had cupboards like this for food storage and today they are popular for more modern usage. Both top and bottom doors are fitted with special brass locks and escutcheon plates.
