An English Mahogany Display Cabinet of classic Chippendale influenced design, this is richly inlaid and crossbanded. The sweeping astragal glazing to the break-fronted top encases hand cut glass behind which the cabinet is lined with silk. The four-door serpentine base has fielded panels framed by Rosewood crossbanding and shield shaped escutcheons. The swan neck open fretwork pediment with central urn and gilded highlights finish this superb piece of fine craftsmanship.
