| An English Mahogany Display Cabinet of classic Chippendale influenced design, this is richly inlaid and crossbanded. The sweeping astragal glazing to the doors encases hand cut glass behind which the cabinet is lined with silk. The three-door base has fielded panels framed by Rosewood crossbanding and shield shaped escutcheons and sits on a solid plinth. The swan neck open fretwork pediment with central urn and gilded highlights finish this superb piece of fine craftsmanship. |
